"LUA_ENCR_DECR_LOAD_ERROR An unexpected return code was received from the OS/2 DosLoadModule function while attempting to load the user-provided encryption or decryption dynamic link module." YIKES!!! If it were me, I would reformat and do a fresh install of XP. One other guy over at http://www.tweakxp.com Forums is having the same error.
