cyberguru 0 Posted January 18, 2002 Is it true that Microsoft made another major balls up in XP with a bug that allows people to access your Pc and do anything they want? I dont see how this is possible without some sort of trojan horse but its just what someone told me.. I suppose it would be possible with all that application sharing crap, but is it true? As long as you're patched up with everything you're running (including IIS--if you don't know how to use IIS for website hosting securely, stop now and read up on it) you're fine, as far as anyone knows.
