VisualReality - (Voodoo 3500) and XP

After installing XP i realised that VisualReality (the tv software for woodoo 3500) did not function. I have tried using both the win2k and 98 version of the software with out any luck. Anybody got a clue? Or am I the only one having this problem?

I believe there are *new* drivers available @ Windows.Update and at a few other sites for Voodoo stuff...

so anyone think they will do some follow ups? and fix visual reality for windows XP???? I use my computer for TV in my room. I have a V3 3500 TV. Using XP given drivers, they seem to work the best for me. I've tried all those 3rd party drivers and rigged drivers. Visual Reality when I do get it working after forcing the TV WDM Drivers to install, it locks the system.

 

Anyone know a way to git my v3 3500 TV to work? As meaning "work" as the TV Tuner section, I have everything else running fine.

hi made drivers for the voodoo 3500

that makes the TV work!!!

i spent 4 hours on it!

get it at my yahoo briefcase,

feel free to give it to other 3500 users :-)).

once you go to the briefcase,

go to folder "my documents" then download both the files

there,

unrar, read the instructions.txt file.

 

don't forget to uninstall all the drivers (the voodoo 3 one)

and the tv drivers which is called: 3dfx Voodoo3TV WDM

and is in "sound, video and game controllers", and

also 3dfx tools. restart after the uninstall. then install my drivers.

that's weird, many people have already downloaded

it and reported no problems. i guess your download just

got messed up.

 

try redownloading it, it should be just fine.

i am trying to download it now to make sure they work.

in any case, if you have problems post them here.

i'll be monitoring this thread.

now an other challenge for u

 

as u know (?), there is a stereo fix for the 3500

to enable real stereo sound.

 

But -it doesn't work under XP

 

any ideas??
