spectr3 0 Posted October 5, 2001 I bought an OEM Audigy, thinking I could record digitally from the sound card to my minidisc recorder. Well apprarently, the digital out on the back of the pci card is only for speakers. I did some more research and apparently the Livedrive has optical TOSLink output. I believe that's what I need to connect my MD recorder. My question is, since I already got the Audigy, non-Platinum, is there any other piece of hardware that has optical output and that I can hook up to the Audigy like a Livedrive? woz_mann 0 Posted October 5, 2001 it is possible to buy the livedrive! individually livedrive! or you can buy the digital I/O card digital I/O card I think you would prefer the digital I/O card (I would.....if I had the money) Share this post Link to post
