I am Not a Geek has posted a review on the 1GHz Duron CPU.

 

[/i]The new 1GHz Duron is not just 50MHz faster then the Duron 950, it has a whole new core. The 1GHz Duron is the first to use the new Morgan core. The Morgan core is the same as the new Palimino core in the Athlon MP, the only difference, that it has only 64K L2 cache instead of 256K, which is the same thing that differentiates the old Duron and old Athlon cores.[/i]
