How do I get rid of this?

I have a virus in my system volume. How do I get rid of it? Nortons Antivirus says my system is clean but I keep getting an error saying I have this virus and Nortor's has denied access to the file, but I keep getting this pop up and it take a ton of clicks to get rid of it. HELP.

Is the name of the virus given? That would probably help with diagnosis.

That's quite a nasty virus. You'll want to get rid of that ASAP.

Thanks...my virus doesn't show up in the registry like symantec website says it should. I am just gonna do a fresh install.
