hibernation freezes computer right before its finished resum

Runnin WinXp RC2 2526 w/ AMD 1ghz tbird, via kt133 chipset

The Computer is completely ACPI Power Saving Compliant.

After resuming from hibernation it finishes the loading and then stalls at the end of the bar just before its going to finish. Any thoughts to what might cause this? Ohya i have 1 - 256mg PC133 generic sdram chip on it...
