problems with WIN 2000

LOL nope... But you can install install 98 first, then do clean install upgrade for Win2k. And have dual boot.

 

Are you trying to rid of Win2k? Or do you want to keep it? I don't think there is an easy way to do this.

Please can you re-phrase your question?

In no place on earth could Win2k to Win98 be considered an 'Upgrade'.
