ACID 0 Posted April 26, 2001 2 things acctually i have noticed that media player wont open the files if u select open. the program starts up but plays the file u played last. i can work around it buy selecting open with each time, is this a known bug. and also i would like to use media player for software dvd. which is the best program to install (ie to us its software decoding) power dvd gives me errors. also finally why does there seam to install 2 versions of msn messenger. ie a pretty one and the standard one (buy pretty i mean it looks like apple made it.) ThC 129 0 Posted April 26, 2001 one is MSN explorer the other is MSN messenger. As for other software DVD players besides power DVD is Win DVD. I dont know how to make media player decode DVDs even though i have a hollywood+ anyone know what cards do work with media player to make it do decoding? Share this post Link to post

GPRaider 0 Posted April 27, 2001 I had the same exact problem. I got tired of it and reinstalled Beta2 and I havent had any problems since. If you do an upgrade from the CD you should be ok as well. Share this post Link to post
