KalleAnka 0 Posted April 24, 2001 I have suddenly run into a strange problem, I can no longer install new hardware. When I reach the end of the installation I always get the following error: "An error occured during the istallation of the device The system can not find the file specified." If anyone has any ideas about this I would like you to share them with me.... I have tried repairing the installation using the repair utility in the setup, but to no help. I did have this problem on an other system earlier and then I had to reinstall windows from zero to fix it and I don't have the time to do that on this system. Share this post Link to post
