emthompson 0 Posted January 20, 2001 Windows 2K will dump my NIC for no apparent reason. I will turn on the comp and then it will be gone. When I restart it will show up again. And so on and so on. When I try to load the drivers from windows it says that it cant find them. Any suggestions. My NIC is a 3com 3c509tx if that helps. Share this post Link to post
FakeMcCoy 0 Posted January 20, 2001 Ya know, I'm starting to wonder if the entire 3com line of NICs is under some kind of curse in win2k. I've had three 3com ISA NICs, and two of them have already died for no real reason. They just stop working. Windows sees them fine, but the card doesn't know what to do. Share this post Link to post
