A simple question for Volitaire. If win2k is *not* a gaming OS and Whistler is a point release on win2k and will be a gaming OS - ie there will be no more 9x. Isn't it fair to say then that win2k is in fact a gaming OS and that MS is just trying to bilk us out of one more lot of $150 for a superceded operating system? Or what other rationale can you put up that when Win-Me is still not in circulation and its replacement is less than a year away? I wait with baited breath for your reply
