Ya, I use a Win98 Boot Disk to flash all my harware. If you don't have Win98 loaded anywhere at home, find a someone and have them make you a disk. I don't see what the problem is. ...

I converted all my partitions to NTFS using the W2K utility and everything went just fine. The main boot partition had to be converted in dos mode. I have not tried partion Magic under W2K so I don't know how it works. But you can use this line at the command prompt. convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs It will tell you that it can not obtain access to the c: drive and that you can perform the function when you reboot. It worked fine for me. Ok, I understand some of you are having problems. But I'm not and I have not since the drivers where released. So like I said not every person that owns a SB Live card and runs W2K has problems. It's a combination of the hardware that you are running that causes the problems you are having. It's not just the sound card itself. ------------------ ... PC 133 mem will work, I have one running nt 4.0 at my office. Never tried to overclock the mb but PC133 mem will work. ... ------------------ ... I had no problems either with the old one. I did notice a little diff in performance.
