    What the problem is?

Sorry for the poor grammar and experss.I have a Hansol 710P monitor and Asus V7100 professional halo,,, Everything is working correctly In my old computer, I tried to change the graphics card to GeForce 4, and Windows 2000, start-up and the driver was found. After a child, anything I try to do the computer's power supply cut off, the back of the V7100 card, everything worked good. Now I have a MSI K7N2 Delta motherboard, new memory, 3 GHz, AMD and 300-watt power supply, the old graphics card and Hansol monitor the new computer. Try another GeForce 4 graphics card, the same thing happend, the power cut off. Has just replaced the Sapphire ATI 9600 Pro and the samething again, when I try to do any of the computer's power supply cut off V7100. Who can give me suggestion, it is a monitor or other ideas, the display is the only part of, but not be replaced. Very appreciated for your help
