  1. Steven Riggs updates TimeTable to Version 1.1 - Published on 04/03/08 Steven Riggs is proud to announce TimeTable 1.1, a major update to his time tracking and billing utility for Apple iCal. TimeTable reads and filters iCal calendar data and then calculates the hours spent in the events. Users can view, analyze and total the number of hours recorded in iCal, making it a perfect solution for time tracking and billing. Thanks to feedback from customers who helped shape this release, version 1.1 is a significant update with many new features. Frankfort, Kentucky - Steven Riggs is proud to announce TimeTable 1.1, a major update to his time tracking and billing utility for Apple iCal. Why not use iCal for more than just scheduling? With TimeTable, users can view, analyze and total the hours recorded in their iCal calendars, offering an easy way to list the amount of hours scheduled. This makes it particularly suited for tracking and billing without keeping a second record outside of iCal. TimeTable reads and filters iCal calendar data and then calculates the hours spent in the events. Find trends by searching the details of events and viewing the average, maximum and minimum times spent on projects. Events are edited and stored in iCal, and TimeTable reads the events directly from a calendar in real time based on the timeframe selected. Once a timeframe is selected, TimeTable can export this data to email, text or comma separated values to use the results in other tools like, invoicing, time tracking or spreadsheet applications. Since TimeTable only reads iCal data, there is nothing to save or backup. Standard features include: * Viewing overall hour based totals and averages * Viewing individual event details * Search your results by Title, Notes or Location Thanks to feedback from customers who helped shape this new release, version 1.1 is a significant update with many new features: * Choose your fields and add custom headers and footers for Text, CSV and Mail exports * Optionally calculate total cost by applying an hourly rate * Customizable window, table columns and toolbar * Open iCal events straight from timetable by double clicking * Sorted calendar drop down * Improved user interface * Application preferences Bugs fixed: * Exports not limited to results of search * Apostrophe in calendar name causes crash * & ? symbols in Send to Mail feature Minimum Requirements: * Mac OS X Version 10.5 Leopard or later * Universal Binary for PowerPC and Intel * 2 MB Hard Drive space Pricing and Availability: * $15.00 USD for unlimited version * Free demo version (demo does not allow exporting) TimeTable: http://www.stevenriggs.com/Site/TimeTable.html Download TimeTable 1.1: http://www.stevenriggs.com/Site/TimeTable_Demo.html Screenshot: http://img217.imageshack.us/img217/8672/timetable11fullscreentj6.png App Icon: http://img98.imageshack.us/img98/4668/timetableiconsmallpu6.png Steven Riggs is an independent software developer whose passion for the Mac platform is only exceeded by his aim to craft incredibly useful software, with a focus on total customer satisfaction. 2. With the release of Crisis Core, Square Enix hoped to for the lack of better words, kill two birds with one stone. For the most part, every fan of FF VII will want to check out this prequel, and every new fan of the series will want to see final outcome reveal in the original. Either or, their fan base increase. Honestly, I will be shocked if FFVII is not re-released by popular demand and graphically updated. As for Crisis Core, it really is not a bad Final Fantasy at all, but never the less it isn't Final Fantasy VII either. 7. This offering from Cooler Master doesn't break the bank and looks pretty swank to boot. "Cooler Master has been known for making good quality cases, and the CM690 is not one to break that reputation. The CM690 is a great looking case. The overall style of the case is clean and subtle, with just enough chrome accents. The mesh front and top panels not only look classy but allow for better cooling. Size wise the case was near perfect, storing enough drives to meet my needs as well as leave some room for upgrades. The inside of the case was roomy and easy to work with, and all of the edges were nicely rolled over." http://www.viperlair.com/reviews/cases/coolermaster/cases/cm690/

  11. There's a lot to like about the SilverStone KL-02 case. First it is very light, meaning that carrying it around is a breeze. The construction of the case with SECC Steel and aluminum is very solid meaning that the case is not likely to break easily. The KL-02 has plenty of expansion capability with the case having up to 9 5.25" drive bays and a single 3.5" FDD bay. Negatives of the case include the lack of a motherboard tray, the installation of a long video card interfering with the drives and the fact that SilverStone cases are a mildly pricy at $100 USD for this case at most retail or e-tailors. Overall though, it is a good, solid case that is highly available on the market. (CVE-2008-1187) Several buffer overflow flaws were found in Java Web Start (JWS). An untrusted JNLP application could access local files or execute local applications accessible to the user running the JRE. (CVE-2008-1188, CVE-2008-1189, CVE-2008-1190, CVE-2008-1196) A flaw was found in the Java Plug-in. A remote attacker could bypass the same origin policy, executing arbitrary code with the permissions of the user running the JRE. (CVE-2008-1192) A flaw was found in the JRE image parsing libraries. An untrusted application or applet could cause a denial of service, or possible execute arbitrary code with the permissions of the user running the JRE. (CVE-2008-1193) A flaw was found in the JRE color management library. An untrusted application or applet could trigger a denial of service (JVM crash). (CVE-2008-1194) The JRE allowed untrusted JavaScript code to create local network connections by the use of Java APIs. A remote attacker could use these flaws to acesss local network services. (CVE-2008-1195) All users of java-ibm-1.5.0 are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, that contain IBM's 1.5.0 SR7 Java release which resolves these issues. 4. Solution: Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata relevant to your system have been applied. To update all RPMs for your particular architecture, run: rpm -Fvh [filenames] where [filenames] is a list of the RPMs you wish to upgrade. Only those RPMs which are currently installed will be updated. Those RPMs which are not installed but included in the list will not be updated. Note that you can also use wildcards (*.rpm) if your current directory *only* contains the desired RPMs. Please note that this update is also available via Red Hat Network. Many people find this an easier way to apply updates. To use Red Hat Network, launch the Red Hat Update Agent with the following command: up2date This will start an interactive process that will result in the appropriate RPMs being upgraded on your system. 5. Summary: An updated gnome-screensaver package that fixes a security flaw is now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux FasTrack 5. This update has been rated as having moderate security impact by the Red Hat Security Response Team. 2. Relevant releases/architectures: Red Hat Enterprise Linux Desktop (v. 5 client) - i386, x86_64 Red Hat Enterprise Linux (v. 5 server) - i386, ia64, ppc, s390x, x86_64 3. Description: gnome-screensaver is the GNOME project's official screen saver program. A flaw was found in the way gnome-screensaver verified user passwords. When a system used a remote directory service for login credentials, a local attacker able to cause a network outage could cause gnome-screensaver to crash, unlocking the screen. (CVE-2008-0887) Users of gnome-screensaver should upgrade to this updated package, which contains a backported patch to correct this issue. 4. Solution: Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released errata relevant to your system have been applied. This update is available via Red Hat Network. Details on how to use the Red Hat Network to apply this update are available at http://kbase.redhat.com/faq/FAQ_58_10188 5. Bugs fixed (http://bugzilla.redhat.com/): 435773 - CVE-2008-0887 gnome-screensaver using NIS auth will unlock if NIS goes away 6.
