Have you tried running it in Windows XP SP2 compatibility mode? See program shortcut properties to set compatibility settings.

The last patch for FEAR was 1.08, do you have them installed? What PC specification do you have?

What you need to do is run Task Manager and then see which process is gobbling up the CPU time. Task Manager can be run by pressing Ctrl+ALt+Del or right click the Task bar at the bottom of the screen and select Task Manager from the Pop up menu. Then you can locate the program file on C: and look at the properties of it. It could be a virus, or a background program or a scheduled task or anything! Let us know what you find out.

What PC specification do you have? FEAR is quite resource hungry.

You probably have SATA drives, you need to press F6 to use a sata driver so that it can find your hard disk from drivers on a floppy.

You can only upgrade Windows 2000 Server to Windows 2003 Server. You can upgrade from Windows XP Pro to Vista Business or Enterprise or Ultimate (clean install if upgrading to Vista Basic or premium) You can upgrade from Windows XP Home/MCE to Vista Basic or Premium or Ultimate.

You do not necessarily need to format a drive, just delete ALL the existing partitions completely. You can use Ranish partition manager from http://www.ranish.com/part/. Then you can install Windows on the fresh disk, it will partition/format it during the installation.

You can install the adminpak which can be installed on the server via c:\windows\system32\adminpak.msi which will give you all the tools you require. I don`t think adding workstations from a server is possible in the way you want, you can enable Remote Assistance via Group Policies which can be auto applied to workstations, you can also deploy applications MSIs to install on workstations as well.

If the machine has Remote Desktop enabled or has VNC installed, you can use the Remote Desktop client to login to it and add it to the domain.

Try using the compatibility mode.

Sounds like E: is on a completely different disk (a whole disk can be Basic or Dynamic not both). Therefore, I would say yes, it is possible to reinstall the OS without affecting data on E: (make sure you backup any important work first, just in case...)

What device specifically.

Most attachments are binary files, to send them as an Email attachment they have to be converted to BASE64 (an ASCII based format) so that they can be sent using Email, as none printable ASCII characters, except CR and LF characters, are not allowed. What version of DirectX have you installed? (See Dxdiag.exe) How much memory do you have? What graphics card do you have?

A lot of routers have a built in web server, so type http://<ip of router> to see if brings up a settings web page.

There are lots of programs with the name 'Oubliette', who made it, when was it made, what type of game is it? Google brings up lots of stuff for oubliette so I'm stuck where to begin.

In the bsod screen, does it give a list of files? If so, it will give a clue to which file or driver is causing the problem. Then try booting in safe mode (press F8 during boot) to correct the problem.

Boot off the Windows 2003 CD and do a repair install to see if that fixes it.

Clean the CD or DVD and the CD/DVD drive as some muck is preventing files being read from the drive.

I use a Brother HL 1270N, my printer can print in 4 modes: HP Laserjet 6 (PCL), BR-Scriptlevel2, Epson FX-80, IBM Proprinter XL. You can set the emulation via a web interface e.h. http://<printer ip address>/printer/main.html. This should match the driver installed. It seems you have the wrong driver installed for CUPS or the remreo server is misinterpreting it.

No there should be no conflict, MOV files can only be played via Quicktime anyway.

Try cleaning the CD/DVD or the CD/DVD drive. Check disk for any scratches or marks that might prevent it from reading it properly.
