just a quick query....have installed GuardDog and it's doing great, the only problem is i have to log into X as root to change my settings. According to the manual, when logged in as a normal user it should prompt you for the root password when you run it, but for me this doesn't happen, and i'm just informed that i don't have root priveleges and can't change anything.
Any suggestions on how to get the root password prompt back?
