  1. I'm currently having a similar problem, probably not related but worth a shot. After rebooting the host computer stop and restart the ICS Service. Then try the connection from the client computers.

     

    The problem I am having is temporarily fixed by doing this (obviously until the next reboot).

  2. Have you disabled Messenger in your local computer policy (or anywhere else for that matter)? This will cause a slow Outlook Express startup. There was a way around it, but I forgot where frown. Maybe a tweaking site. Anyway, I just let messenger run without loggin in.mad Would be nice if someone knew the exact fix.
