Linksys BEFSR41 Rourter and ICQ file transfers

Here is my problem. I'm using the Linksys BEFSR41 Router on our home network here, but I can upload files over ICQ with no problems at all. However, I cannot receive files via ICQ. I am using ICQ 2001 v5.17 and would like to know if anyone else...
