Can't shake BAD_POOL_CALLER

Hey ya'll, I cannot get rid of this STOP:0x000000C2 BAD_POOL_CALLER bsod. I have tried everything, even BIOS modifications. It did this during the install too, you think a new, fresh install might be a good route to go, maybe get rid of this...
