Franknet has posted a review on the Compaq Presario 17XL570 notebook

This was a display model, and the OS wasnīt installed, but thatīs okay since it was Windows Me. Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 was installed on the Presario when we brought it home. The only thing that was missing from the package was the AC adapter--that was it. The battery, restore CD, and hot-swap drives were all included. The restore CD had Windows ME, but as we donīt care about ME, that CD wasnīt used. Adaptecīs Easy CD Creator 4 and Direct CD 3 were included on a separate disc--very helpful, even though we already have these programs.
This laptopīs pointing device is a touchpad which many laptops utilize as opposed to that pencil eraser found in others--which Iīve played around with display models and hate these erasers. Of course, you can also get an optical mouse with USB and use that too if you donīt like laptop pointing devices.
