Protecting a hidden file

Due to my new SCSI setup, and a few quirks, my E drive is where Win2k is installed. but my Cdrive, which is on another SCSI controller, has the boot area(w/ the autoexec and config.sys, etc.) How can I keep the files mentioned above NOT on th...

How can I keep the files mentioned above NOT on the hidden list, but rather on the protected list(so they don't show up period)

go to a command prompt and type attrib +h +s filename
