I have an issue I can not figure out. Just bought a brand new PC w/ the Nvidia Geforce 2 MX AGP video card, when the PC first boots up and is going through it's Post sequence it returns a series of 3 beeps, then the screen stays black, the PC finishes booting, but no picture. I have put in a Voodoo 3 PCI, works fine, I put the Geforce into an older HP, works great, then I put it in another PC using the same Award Elite 4.51PG bios, same thing. Any ideas why it will not work w/ the Award Bios.

Need more specifications on your board, your others hardwares, etc.

Actually figured it out, the Video card is incompatible. Went out bought a different AGP card works fine. The funny thing is though, the card worked on an older HP Pavillion 8250 series running 95, but would not run on a 98 or ME machine.

thats HP for ya. Nothing like HP for high quality crap.

what motherboard did you have?

It is Gainward 5VPA board, not to sure what the other board was that the card did not work on, but it was the same bios so I am figuring that the BIOS is incompatible w/ the card.
