HELP NETWORK BROWSING SLOWWW DOWN

Why is everything so slow on the network in NT 5.0? I have a 10 station network with Advanced Server and 9 Pro stations. Str8 100Mbs Switches and 100Mbs NICs. Ever since NT 5 came along the network crawls.......
