System shock 2, EAX and Liveware 3

Ok I just installed Liveware 3 for win2k, and installed system shock2 ad turned EAX on, I notice the difference in the sound but when i play all sounds and music are like muted. they are so low that I have to turn my speakers up very higher jus...
