elp! pleaz, need to get PWS working

ello! I have tried to install Personal Web Server v4.0 off my Win98 disc but it won't install it says that teh installer need Win95 to work. Can I get this to work in Win2k? or is there some kinda fix to this? or a better way of hosting webp...
