When I try loading flash pages, they dont show

I went to http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/welcome/

and it doesnt download the picture.

Windows 2000/ IE5
Any ideas how i can fix this?

I had that happen to me last week, annoyed for awhile until I removed the swflash.inf and swflash.pnf from the inf folder and then went to that page and it installed fine. I did remove everything about macromedia from the registry also but I think it was the inf files that were the culprit.
