Hi, might be usefull for other people too, where is that utility mentioned in the installation that allow me to convert my FAT32 File System to NTFS ?

I am replying to My Own message yes... for those who want to know here's the procedure:

1- open a command prompt window
2- change dir to [WINDOWS2000]/SYSTEM32/
3- type: convert [drive:] /fs:ntfs

Next time you will reboot, the drive will be converted to NTFS
