Transparency in Win2k

I noticed in some reviews that you could set certain windows to be transparent or see-through by using a third party program. Does anyone know a program that will do this?...

Well, what is there to be updated? And you don't think it's slow??? I've tried using it with many different alpha values (from <100 to 255) and it's slow with all of them... (C550Mhz, 256MB, GeForce...)

Its a great app... its kinda flakey sometimes with refreshing a lot I think, buts its a great idea... I got so bored of the tired old windows look day and night.
