Any one found a solution for sticking keys in Win2000

I have build 2195 and am still getting this problem with some games. Anyone found a solution? Does anyone know where to get DirectX 7.0A that will work on Win2000. Version 7.0 came with my build of 2195. Thanks for any help!!...
