The MX 900 has a longer distance(30 feet) as opposed to the MX 700(6 Feet). The MX series mice are diffinally better than other wireless mice. The convenince of have a charger stand is a great asset. It's the only wireless mouse that I don't really need to use a mouse pad. Only bad thing is that the mouse is a bit expensive($99 USD) but it's worth it. With the DC390U2W, I have more options for storage now (the Asus has SATA). The SK-7 is pretty nice. Unfortunately, it's summer, and I'm sporting a Palimino core, which is running about 52*C or so idle. But it's stable, so it ain't too hot.

The RAM and HDD are a bit high for it to be a total shambls though. 14mb RAM, 1.8Gb hard drive, reminds me of a simpler time. ( and my dislike for Compaq Presario's 8) )
