Rage IIC and Windows 2000. HELP NEEDED

Seems w2k doesn't like this AGP card at all. Video is all messed up. Has to be a driver issue as I've tried this card on two different systems. Anyone with a solution to this issue? (One solution is to get a new video card) Thanks.. --------...
