Win2000 CD Boot and setup

I have AHA-2940 SCSI Card and Teac532S SCSI CD-ROM. I try to Boot and install win2000 from Win2000 Pro CD. But it fail. (I set the SCSI BIOS can boot from CD-ROM Already) Then I use another SCSI Card MDX-3194UP, It boot well. How can I solve AH...
