Nvidia Tnt2 locking up & rebooting?

in the past weeks since I installed win2k pro my computer has been locking up and rebooting due to video drivers I have tryed many diff drivers (5.14,3.18 etc) anyone know the problem? System: Amd K7 600mhz 13 gig maxtor 6.4 w/d...
