VIA Power Management and W2k

I have this little problem with Power Management. My motherboard uses VIA MVP3 chipset, and Win2k says it's unsupported. I have a EPOX EP-MVP3E motherboard. Does anyone know if there is a driver or fix for this problem... I hate getting a blu...
