the other day i was trying come to this site and i typed linuxcompatible.com intead of linuxcompatible.org. when i made this mistake i was presented with a dialog box that asked for a user name and pass word. has anyone actually been to the .com site just

Happens all the time with me too, i guess it's something like a coincidence , or due to my browser's options ... or something else ?

Actually it was keep reDirecting me to .com instead of .org

I tried with galeon instead of konqueror and .org worked like a charm

()Konqueror , i dont keep cookies or cache , so i was suprised , cause every time i was typing blabla.org that was doing the .org .com all the time and the popup for confirmation occured all the time
