I recently bought a microsoft xbox 360 wireless receiver for windows. It did not come with the software because i got it from ebay. I downloaded and installed the software from the microsoft website. The receiver can turn on, I can connect my controller, but my computer can't seem to find my controller. I am getting really frustrated now since I've spent many hours trying to get it to work but every time it fails.

In this pic my controller is connected but my computer can't find it. I also have the software installed.
