Any beep codes on boot try?
Make sure that the video card is properly seated.
Try memory in slots A1 and B1 and that they are seated properly.
You did not mention what exact memory that you are using.
What exact make and model power supply are you using? And, you have the main power connector attached as well as the 4 pin CPU fan connector also attached?
The onboard LED is green on boot?

OK, having a system speaker on the case would help if there were any bios beep codes on boot.
Make sure that the monitor is powered on before hitting the system power switch.
Did you try the suggested memory placement? Make sure that the memory is seated properly.
The video card has a 6-pin PCI Express power connector to the power supply connected?
If so, I would try re-seating the video card, making sure that you use the blue primary PCI-E x16 slot.
and..you are sure that there are no possible shorts between the motherboard and case?
Finally, make sure that the CMOS jumper is in the normal position and not in the reset position. I have seen the factory set it to reset by mistake.

Try this; Do a power supply reset by unplugging the power cord, then push the power button in and hold for 10 seconds. Re-plug the power cord, and try to power on the computer. Lets see if the Asus site allows links to their troubleshooting section. Trobleshooting MatrixThere is an error on their link to the section on led lit-->no display-->fan spinning-->no abnormal beep sound..... The link for your situation is the row above, as if you had abnormal beep sounds. But, of course, you have no system speaker attached, so read both. If this fails; Do you have a PS/2 keyboard to try? ...and you are sure that the processor is supported? Athlon 64 X2 6000+ (CZ),2MB,rev.F3,125W,SocketAM2 is supported for the motherboard. Note the CZ version of the chip. Is this what you have? The problem here is that in the absence of beep codes (which may be helpful) we are taking shots in the dark.
