I work in the IT department at my company and am currently running into a problem that we cannot seem to get under control for one of our users. Here is the deal:

When the user is working which involves going and checking some of our internal webpages, sometimes IE6 will give a white screen and not load. If he goes back and closes another browser window it will pull up perfectly fine.

Currently he is running on a machine with:
~512Mb RAM
~2.0 Ghz intel
~IE6 (cannot upgrade to IE7 company wide yet so no fix)
~XP SP2

What we have done thus far:
~Cleared cookies and cache regularly (ends up he has to do this almost hourly now)
~Upped his user gdi objects and machine gdi objects
~Upped his user handle objects
(The last two were done because of a GDI leak with an internal application that uses IE)
~Upped his cache memory in IE from 256kb to 1Mb (then back since it had no result)
~Wiped his machine and started fresh
~Blown away his domain profile and started fresh
~Set IE to refresh page always

Programs running on the machine at any time:
~IE6
~Outlook (based on an exchange server)
~McAfee 8.5 Enterprise

Any help would be appreciate because this has stumped our IT department when any other issue seems like nothing. Thanks in advance.

Does this happen when the user is logged onto a different machine? Is it user specific or machine specific?
