Sup people.

I have a Mother Board A7S333 (SiS 745 - Socket A) with a Athlon XP 2000+.
Here is the deal. I have a Nvidia Gforce FX 5200 256Mb 8x in a AGP slot maximum 4x... Since i change my graphic card to 5200 (the old one was MX 440 64Mb 8x too but works fine... not anymore) i can't set "full acceleration" on graphic card options of advanced video properties. I only can set one level down, otherwise, even the windows don't load. I tryied to format or change some setings of my motherboard bios... but was same as nothing.

detail: MX 440 works fine but not anymore... an 4x graphic card (but not powerful) works perfectly fine in any settings.

So whats the problem if works fine now?
The problem is that have some pixels in games or fullscreens programs that couldn't be there... (example) like longs green stripes on air in need for speed race track...

The only thing that i not changed on my pc since the graphic card change, was the power font (i dunno how this thing is called on english... but i pretty sure that who read know what i talk about)... could be this? because this peace is kinda powerful =P

Did you uninstall the old drivers before installing the new card and then install the correct drivers for the new card?

Yep, i did... many times... i've tried some old drivers, some news but nothing happends different
(well... some drivers too old or too new -compatible- don't let my graphic card work fine..)
there's a detail... my pc only works on vga mode when there is no driver or the driver is on "full acceleration", then i have to set up level down to work.

Have you tried downloading and installing the latest AGP(GART) drivers from SiS yet ?!?

ok fist of all id really like to know how much u payed for that i got a ati radion 512mb x1950 agp and payed 120$new only this is i needed a dual 12v rail for a powersupply but anyway that card need agp supporting 8x 4x is out of date u need to buy a new motherboard u can find a good one at a god price at www.tigerdirect.com i have bought my parts from there and built it myself had no probs i have intel pentium d dual dore 800fsb @3.00ghz 1gb of ram the video card and creative fitelaty sound card came with reciver for electtric gutars drums ext best one out for all the gamers needs and 1tb of hd space i payed 1300 dollares for that if i was to get that at dell ext 5g is what there askin so take it from me that site is da shit...if u have any ?s just ask we want quality not peice of shit hardware peace
