When I try to install simcity 3000 on my windows xp, I get the following error message:

F:\SETUP\ENGLISH\SETUP.EXE is not a valid Win32 application.

So, I checked the file type of the CD. It said it was a CDFS file system. I have no idea what that means. It has also said that the same path mentioned above is not valid, and cannot be accessed.

How can I get the game to work?

Try copying all of the CD onto a folder on your hard drive and install from there.
