Is there anyway to protect an application/program from closing?

my little brother always closes down programs i'm using..

Create an account for you brother then that way he can't log into your account.

my bro has his own...but h is realy annoying and always closes my programs down

Then create a password that you need to enter before you can use the PC. I you open Control Panel -> User Accounts and select Change the way users log on or off and uncheck Use fast user switching, when ever you are done with your PC or need to leave it for a while hold the windows key and 'L' together and it will lock your PC!!!
