I have a situation here; whenever I connect to my Internet through my Alcatel Modem, my comp will automatically shutdown and restart by itself, and a blue screen will appear, stating that my modem have some part to do with it. My phone is connected at my parents' room and whenever the TV is switched on, my Internet and disconnect, and in worst cases, it will shut down and restart and the blue screen will appear. Please advice. Thank you.
