Have a look at this from Symantec: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/nip.nsf/pfdocs/2005020123585136 Then, if it doesn't help come back. Perhaps, you could detail the difficulty a little better like - did this happen immediately after you install Norton's. Do you have any other anti-virus protection, etc.
