Installing a webcam on Fedora (core4)(neo-convert to Linux)

Hai I just purchased a new umax webacm(astrapix pc102).How do i install it on my linux system-Fedora (core4).The Cd that shipped with the cam doesn't have drivers for linux and the site isn't helpful either.Any help will be welcome....
