Ok My room is very messy right now because I'm not sure what to do with all the computer stuff lying around and was wondering if you guys know what to do or how you deal with it. I have various computer parts, from Power supplies to ATA Cards to hard drives I got it all. I could technically build a computer with all of these parts but I dont want to so I'm asking how you guys deal with your computer parts. I can't put them into plastic containers because of the static electricity and I dont want to put them into boxes because thats how they have been getting damaged. I dont have enough anti static bags to put all the components in so was also wondering where I could get some. Any Ideas?

What I did back home was to build a couple of wooden shelves on the wall and I put everything in there, then I did not have to walk over it and crush it.

I recall Directron selling used antistatic bags (10 for $2, different sizes). http://store.yahoo.com/directron/bags.html

For storage of small components in my own computer room I have about a dozen of these style plastic carts. http://www.officedepot.com/ddSKU.do?level=SK&id=550984

You can find them for like $10-$20 each and they snap together to stand up to about 4-5 feet tall. I'm so obsessed with them. They cover a wall in my room and hold a good deal of my loose computer junk.

**P.S. (As far as I know) I've had zero problems with static electricity after using these for about 4 years, even though they are plastic containers.
