Installing a D-Link DWL-650 wireless card on a Dell Latittude Laptop

I am pretty new to this Linux stuff. I have installed the recommended code in the /etc/pcmcia/config file and ran runconfig command and still can not get online. Can anyone help....

You need to know exactly what revision that you have, as they each have different chipsets, as you can see from the referenced chart that DapperDan posted. Also, is it a DWL-650 or 650+? Top
