easiest way to run command at boot/login?

i want to run subst c: h:\ at boot or login. What is the best/easiest way to do this since autoexec.bat doesn't exist anymore? Thanks....

Save the text as a .cmd file, and copy that to your startup folder, or add a registry key to load that cmd file.
