Modem Motorola SM56 Speakerphone

I need the drivers for the motorola sm56 speakerphone modem for windows xp. I can't use this operating system because i cannot use the internet with win xp and sm56 modem. The drivers for that modem for use with win 2000, doesn't work in win x...
