Nvidia tweaking program of choice?

I've noticed that a lot of the Geforce tweaking programs that are out there have been discontinued lately. Of the ones that are still current (i.e., work with the latest Detonators), which would you recommend? Any help is appreciated, thanks...

I like the looks of NVMax 4 too, but I saw that's it's discontinued as well. :-( I guess I'm trying to find something that will work when the Detonator 40's come out of beta. Top
